• Automated Website Usage Data: Technical information including IP addresses, browser types, device information, operating system, and page interactions via security logs and analytics.

3. How We Use Information

We process collected data strictly for legitimate engineering and business operations, including:

• Executing 3D/4D/5D BIM modeling, clash coordination, and Scan to BIM services as defined in Client Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
• Communicating project updates, coordination reports, RFIs, and technical deliverables through secure Common Data Environments (CDEs).
• Invoicing, contract management, and compliance with statutory tax and financial regulations.
• Enhancing website security, preventing unauthorized system access, and maintaining infrastructure health.

4. Project Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

VIRCORA strictly respects client ownership rights. All client-supplied drawings, 3D model files, point clouds, and proprietary design specifications remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Client.

All VIRCORA engineers and BIM modelers operate under legally binding Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). Project data is isolated in secure, access-controlled project containers and is never reused, published, or shared without explicit written consent.

5. Data Sharing & Third-Party Disclosure

VIRCORA does not sell, rent, or trade client personal or project data under any circumstances. We may disclose data only in the following limited situations:

• Authorized Project Collaborators: Secure sharing with designated project stakeholders (architects, MEP consultants, general contractors) via approved Common Data Environments (ACC, BIM 360, Trimble Connect).
• Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Disclosure required to comply with court orders, applicable laws, or legal processes.
• Vetted Infrastructure Providers: ISO 27001 / SOC 2 certified cloud storage partners (Autodesk Construction Cloud, Microsoft Azure) operating under strict data processing agreements.
